How do I find out more?

Call for a chat and arrange to come along and meet the team.

We work hard to identify interests and the individualised programme will be devised with that in mind.

We understand how overwhelming it can be for young people to transition, so this can be done at their pace. Over time, hours can increase.

Young people need to have a degree of independence and a willingness to move on to further education, training or work.

Discuss an application with your young person’s social worker, school and/or support team.
Their Educational and Health Care Plan should state Brighton Forward as a provider.

Funding can be privately sought or through the Special Educational Needs Assessment Team.
